Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoodRecharge mobile application, website and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by GoodRecharge ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service.

Account Registration

• You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and TPIN, and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise misuse the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service beyond what is expressly permitted by your package.

Wallet, Recharges & TPIN

Recharges performed through the Service are processed via third-party telecom operators. A Transaction PIN (TPIN) is required for important transactions. You are solely responsible for actions performed using your TPIN. Please review the recipient mobile number, operator and amount carefully before authorising any transaction.

Commission & Packages

Commission rates, eligibility criteria and package benefits are described inside the app and may be updated from time to time. Stated commission of "up to 3%" is an illustrative upper bound and actual amounts may vary by operator, package, slab and promotional terms.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy. Successful recharges delivered to a third-party operator are generally non-refundable.

Refer & Earn

The Refer & Earn program is provided as a benefit and may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time. Fraudulent or abusive referral activity may result in forfeiture of referral rewards and account suspension.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or as required by law. You may request account deletion from inside the app.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding and software comprising the Service are the property of GoodRecharge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodRecharge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
